Preparing Bleach: In a non-metallic bowl, combine the desired amount of KUPA bleaching powder with KUPA Developer. Mix gently until a smooth, creamy consistency is achieved. Apply evenly from roots to tips, ensuring full coverage. Leave on hair according to recommended processing time based on hair type and desired lift. 2. Preparing Hair Color: In a clean, non-metallic bowl, mix KUPA hair color cream with KUPA Developer in the ratio specified on the product label. Stir until fully blended into a uniform cream.
